Overall Happy

It's quick to get an appointment, however in last 3 months (due to pandemic) it's been hard to get through on the phone - about a 15 minutes wait and sometimes they tell me to call back the next day. The staff has good service. All appointments have been on the phone since COVID, but I am okay with not being seen face to face. Before the pandemic, when I was seen in person there was very little waiting time and no queue.
