months (due to pandemic) it's been hard to get through on the phone - about a 15 minutes wait and sometimes they tell me to call back the next day. The staff has good service. All appointments have been on the phone since COVID, but I am okay with not being seen face to face. Before the pandemic, when I was seen in person there was very little waiting time and no queue.
111 they sent an email to my GP as I needed pain relief for migraines as URGENT . I ask for a GP call back but was refused an appointment by the surgery and kept being told to call back. They did say some one will call to book an appointment for my high BP and repeat blood tests. After four days still not able to get a call back for medication for migraines.? I give up
