The receptionist said the letter must have been sent in error as I was still registered on their system. This was about a year or so ago.
Yesterday, I called to book a cervical screening and was told the nurse had de-registered me and that I would need to re-register. I explained the history but was told I still needed to re-register. I asked to speak with a manager. Was told she would ring me back the same day. Unfortunately, no call.

No call 3 days later and still no call. when I called to say I had not been contacted, they said the GP had attempted to call and had left a message on answer machine. Firstly, I received no missed call, do not have voice mail and all my calls are logged.
When I spoke to the receptionist she inferred that I was lying and was unhelpful and dismissal.
Not the kind of service or customer relation I would want representing my practice.
