Not good

I have used an online app to order repeat prescriptions. I have used this 3 times. Every time I have to chase the surgery as they do not comply with the process. On the first 2 occasions I was told that they are not very good with technology and should phone in my order. On the third time I chased my prescription I was told it would be processed and it wasn't. I had to call back on the day my tablets ran out to be told that I would have to wait a week as the GP did not have a slot available to authorise the prescription. I know things are tough at the moment but this is terrible service. Using a recommended app should simplify and speed up the process.
