either to get a referral or make an appointment. Most staff are really rude and have on occasion told me not to call up. In the surgery and go to book an appointment, and the receptionist told me no, it would be quicker to go on dr IQ, even though I was right there. They are using covid as an excuse for poor service! I have turned up for appointments (confirmed via text) only for them to tell me I don't have one, on three occasions they told me they sent medication to the pharmacy - I went out of my way to pick it up and they had not bothered to send it over ( I was really ill too), someone at the surgery also gave details from my medical file to someone, and when I called to ask it to be investigated the practice manager told me he was not going to as it would take too long!
Worst surgery I have ever been part of and will be leaving ASAP
