I’ve used the phone, video and face to face consults numerous times over the years and have never regretted it. As the platform grew generally the wait time has increased ever so slightly and the support team can be busy but these aren’t reasons for me to not like the platform. One of the biggest perks is being able to see consult notes after for transparency and if you forget what the doctor says.
