What The Tech?!

In response to COVID-19, Imperial College have turned What the Tech?! The weekly drop-in gadget workshop for older residents, into a phone/video call befriending and tech support service for those who are isolated.

In a time when we have to distance ourselves physically, it’s important that we utilise technology to keep in touch. Residents will be matched with a staff or student volunteer from Imperial College London for weekly social calls, support with your gadgets and good company.

If you would like to be matched with an Imperial befriender, please complete the online registration form or contact Priya Pallan on p.pallan@imperial.ac.uk or call directly on 07566 950 968.

If you are a member of staff or a student at Imperial College London, and would like to sign up as a volunteer, please complete our Befriending Volunteer Registration Form.
