Please join us at Action on Disability's Centre for Independent Living to have your say on how we can make H&F’s Vision for Independent Living a reality for carers in Hammersmith & Fulham.
This event is part of a series of three events aimed at co-producing a Carers Vision for Independent Living with residents and producing a joint action plan with partners.
